The Phases of Oneness Practice

The digital course will be released this week. You can see the development that occurs when you start to practice Oneness. It's a general one, and it'll be different for each person.

Note: This's not medical advice. Please consult your doctor before making any changes.

-step by step development

Oneness unfolds like spring shoots—growth is subtle day by day, yet over time the change is undeniable.

Core Principle: Increase Time Gradually by “Comfort with Power”

Time increases must follow the body’s feeling. Do not grind through pain; add ~5 minutes only when you feel “not yet done,” warm throughout, and genuinely enjoyable.
Quality ≫ Quantity:15 minutes of high-quality, deeply relaxed Oneness beats 60 minutes of tense endurance.

Phase 1 (0–3 months): Build the Habit · Find Upright Alignment

Practice Cue:Habit first, alignment true.
Time:5–15 minutes daily. Focus on standing every day, not how long.
Aim:Correct alignment, discover true relaxation, form an unshakable habit.
Marker:When 15 minutes feels easy and you finish gently warm and mentally relaxed, extend to 20–25 minutes.

Phase 2 (3 months–1 year): Stabilize Structure · Nourish Energy

Practice Cue:Structure steady, energy ready.
Time:25–30 minutes daily.
Aim:Structure steadies; energy begins to flow; emotions and body start to self-regulate.
Marker:Steady internal sensations (warmth, tingling, fullness). 30 minutes feels enjoyable and natural.

Phase 3 (1–3 years): Internal Power Emerges · Whole Body Opens

Practice Cue:Power condenses, body opens.
Time:30 minutes to 1 hour, as comfortable. Time softens; energy accumulates and transforms.
Aim:Whole-body integration, resilience, and sharper insight.
Marker:Selfless ease—time passes quickly; whole-body cohesion and expansion are clear.

Phase 4 (3+ years): Effortless Wholeness · Harmony with Nature

Practice Cue:Effortless whole, nature in flow.(Many describe this as a “deep spa” felt every day.)
Time:Flexible. Hours can feel like moments; minutes can reset body and mind.
Aim:Calm and clarity as baseline; vitality and insight thread through daily life.
Marker:Practice is no longer confined to sessions—standing, walking, sitting, and resting all carry the Oneness state.

The Simplicity of Practice: Pure Time, No Extra Effort

Oneness requires no gym, no equipment, no changing clothes. Even 15–30 minutes at home is pure practice time—every minute goes straight into your body and mind, with no driving or logistics. This simplicity lowers resistance and makes daily consistency realistic.

In Summary

Results = High-quality method × Consistent time × Sustained years.
Early:Use short, comfortable sessions to ensure quality and adherence.
Middle/Late:Extend time steadily on the foundation of correct alignment and daily rhythm.
Over years, Oneness becomes away of being—practice lives in life, and life lives in practice.

To experience the effortless and enjoy being one with nature, here are some recommendations:
