Hello Morning

  • Where Breath and Sky Meet

Today, after practice, I walked outside and felt so peace and joy beyond words.
A deep spa? Not even close. My body was light and free—no heaviness, no tension anywhere.
It was as if I had dissolved into sunlight and breeze—not walkingthroughnature, butasnature itself.

It reminded me of kids at play.
They run, laugh, and tumble—completely alive in each moment.
When tired, they drop into sleep; when they wake, their eyes are bright again, bodies light as air.
Children don’t carry their bodies. They simply live through them—moving, breathing, being.

As we grow older, something changes.
We start to feel the body all the time—the stiff neck, aching joints, heavy legs, fog behind the eyes.
It’s as if we’ve begun carrying a load we never noticed. Even walking—or resting—feels like work.

Through practice, that weight slowly dissolves.
The body grows light again. Breath, earth, and sky become one flow.
In that stillness, we remember what it felt like to be a child: free, effortless, whole.
