1. A New Path Begins, From My Heart to Yours
Oct 03, 2025Welcome to Oneness.
No matter what reason brought you here, I’m truly happy you’ve found this path—a way to live a healthier, happier, and more meaningful life.
As I mentioned in the book, I used to be a successful entrepreneur—but I suffered a heart attack, asthma, back pain, liver disease, anxiety, burnout, leg numbness, and neck stiffness.
When I look back now, all of these health disasters turned out to be a gift.
I never knew life could be lived this wonderfully.
Without those illnesses, I would probably still be working hard for the company.
Maybe I would have made more money—but I never would have had the chance to explore life more deeply.
I never would have asked:
What is this journey really about?
What are we, as human beings, truly meant for?
In the beginning, after healing began, my only purpose was to improve my health.
I didn’t expect full recovery.
And beyond that, I had no other desire—no luxury goal, no ambition—just healing.
But then, something unexpected happened.
My awareness deepened.
My anger dissolved.
And I discovered a peace and compassion I never thought possible.
So much has happened since then.
As my sensei, Grandmaster Yu, once said:
“You may not find another practice as effective, as direct, as simple.”
At first, I was skeptical.
But now, after seeing how I’ve changed—and how I’m still changing,
layer by layer by layer—
I can truly feel the depth of his words.
Everyone walks a different journey.
When you choose a path,
you also choose the kind of journey you’ll walk—
and the kind of destination waiting for you.
Choose a journey that, when you look back, you’ll never regret.
A journey where the views—the transformations—are so gradual and so beautiful,
that only a few others may understand how deep and rare it really is.
So from my heart, I’m so happy you’re here.
Not just because of my own experience—
but because of what I’ve seen in others: students, friends, family members.
When I saw their faces, heard their stories…
I knew:
This journey, this path, can give you something you never expected.
After my healing, when my life began to change—
I still didn’t have the idea to help people or train others.
I didn’t plan to bring Oneness to the West.
In the beginning, I only wanted to improve my health—
just not to die too young.
After healing, my next goal was simple:
My sensei is a Kung Fu master.
Maybe I could learn a little Kung Fu.
But two years ago, one of my best friends—
also a disciple of Grandmaster Yu—
began training people in China.
I joined his class a few times.
And I saw something.
The excitement.
Tears in their eyes.
Their joy.
Their transformation.
Every time, I was deeply touched.
I also watched friends and family members
practice and heal from conditions that were very difficult to treat in hospitals.
And slowly… something started growing inside me.
A calling:
“You are lucky.
You had the chance to walk this journey.
Now—why not help others find it too?”
That calling became stronger and stronger.
So I made the decision.
I quit my job one month ago.
Now, I want to devote my time
to guiding others on this path—
a journey that will lead them to a life better than they expected.
Much more than they ever thought possible.
I know you will.
Let them see—
life can be lived beautifully.
I know you’ll say “Wow.”
When people ask me,
“Who is your competitor?”
I say—no one.
All other practices are helping people in their own way.
Oneness doesn’t want to compete with anyone.
Instead, we offer a timeless path—
for those who have tried everything… and still feel stuck.
When people ask me,
“What should your title be? Coach? Teacher? Mentor? Sensei?”
I always say—I’m okay with any of those.
But for me, I simply see myself as a guide for your journey.
As my hero Bruce Lee once said:
“I cannot teach you—only help you explore yourself. Nothing more.”
“It is only in the process of coming to know ourselves that we can come to know anything.”
Maybe you couldn’t pick your path until today.
The suffering, the unfairness, the endless feeling of no way out…
But now—you’ve opened the door.
A new path begins.
Welcome.
I’m honored to walk beside you.
We begin—together.
